LIQOS, Inc. is a Delaware corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware ("LIQOS," "we," "us," or "our"). LIQOS is the controller of personal data collected through the website located at liqos.ai and its subdomains (the "Site").

LIQOS has assessed that it is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under Article 37 of the GDPR based on the nature, scope, and purposes of its current data processing activities. This assessment will be reviewed as our operations scale.

This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data received through the Site. It does not govern personal data processed under separate commercial agreements with LIQOS customers, partners, or counterparties. Those relationships are governed by the applicable commercial contract and any associated data processing agreement.

The Site is directed at institutional professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.

When you submit a contact or inquiry form on the Site, we collect the personal data you provide. This typically includes:

• Full name
• Professional email address
• Company name and job title
• The content of your message or inquiry

We do not request or collect special categories of personal data (as defined under Article 9 GDPR) through the Site. This includes data concerning health, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or biometric data.

When you visit the Site, we and our third-party service providers may automatically collect limited technical data, including:

• IP address (pseudonymized where required)
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent on each page, and navigation path
• Referring URL and exit page
• Date and time of access

This data is collected through standard web analytics tools and server logs. It is processed in aggregated or pseudonymous form to understand Site performance and visitor behavior. Where IP addresses constitute personal data under applicable law, they are handled accordingly.

The Site uses a limited number of cookies. We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-site tracking. The cookies we use fall into two categories:

• Strictly necessary cookies: required for the Site to function correctly. These are placed without consent as they are technically essential.
• Analytics cookies: used to understand how visitors interact with the Site. These are placed only with your prior consent where required by applicable law, including under the EU ePrivacy Directive and its national implementations.

You can grant, refuse, or withdraw consent for analytics cookies through the cookie preference tool presented on the Site. Refusing or withdrawing consent for analytics cookies does not affect your ability to access or use the Site. You may also control cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect Site functionality.

We process personal data for the following purposes, on the following legal bases:

• Responding to inquiries and requests submitted through the Site. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our legitimate interest is communicating with persons who have voluntarily contacted us.
• Evaluating potential commercial relationships. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our legitimate interest is assessing whether a business relationship is appropriate and mutually beneficial.
• Sending follow-up communications about LIQOS products and services to business contacts who have not objected. Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our legitimate interest is marketing our infrastructure to qualified institutional prospects. You have the right to object to this processing at any time. See Section 9.
• Improving Site performance through aggregated analytics. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for analytics cookies where required; legitimate interests for server-level aggregate analytics.
• Complying with applicable legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

We do not use personal data collected through the Site for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on data subjects.

We share personal data only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: we engage third-party providers for website hosting, analytics, and business communication. These providers act as data processors under our instruction and are bound by data processing agreements that impose confidentiality and security obligations consistent with this policy and applicable law.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose personal data if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority. Where legally permitted, we will provide advance notice of such disclosure to the affected individual.
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all of our assets, personal data held by LIQOS may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify affected individuals by updating this policy prior to any such transfer becoming effective, to the extent practicable.

We do not sell, rent, license, or trade personal data to third parties. We do not share personal data collected through the Site with commercial customers or third-party financial institutions without the explicit consent of the individual concerned.

LIQOS is incorporated and headquartered in the United States. LIQOS also operates through a wholly owned subsidiary, Algo21 Ltd., incorporated in Israel. Personnel in both jurisdictions may access personal data collected through the Site in the course of their responsibilities.

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, transfers of your personal data to the United States are made in reliance on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) or EU Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission. Transfers to Israel are made in reliance on the European Commission adequacy decision applicable to Israel.

You may request a copy of the transfer mechanism we rely on for any specific transfer by contacting legal@liqos.ai.

We retain personal data submitted through contact forms for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate or maintain a potential commercial relationship, and in any event no longer than three (3) years from the date of last contact, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

Analytics data that can be linked to an individual (including pseudonymous identifiers derived from IP addresses or cookies) is retained for a maximum of twenty-four (24) months from the date of collection, after which it is deleted or fully anonymized. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and business intelligence purposes.

When personal data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected and no legal basis for retention exists, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or disclosure. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel with a documented need, third-party service provider security vetting, and internal data handling procedures.

No transmission over the internet and no data storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or from the Site. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority and, where required, affected individuals in accordance with applicable law.

If you are located in the EEA or the UK, you have the following rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR. We will respond to all requests within one month of receipt, with the possibility of a two-month extension for complex or numerous requests.

• Access (Article 15): request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how we process it.
• Rectification (Article 16): request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Erasure (Article 17): request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent, or where no other legal basis applies.
• Restriction (Article 18): request that we suspend processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Portability (Article 20): where processing is based on consent or contract, receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
• Objection (Article 21): object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. Where you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent it relates to direct marketing, we will cease that processing immediately and unconditionally. No grounds are required.
• Withdrawal of consent (Article 7(3)): where processing is based on your consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, submit a request to legal@liqos.ai. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. If we are unable to act on your request, we will explain why. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence or establishment.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

We do not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. To submit a rights request, contact legal@liqos.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable California law.

When you first visit the Site, a cookie preference tool will present you with the option to accept or decline analytics cookies. Your preference is recorded and respected on subsequent visits. You may change your cookie preferences at any time through the preference tool available on the Site.

For strictly necessary cookies, no consent is required and no opt-out is available, as these are technically essential to the operation of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including research publications, partner organizations, and publicly available resources. This policy does not apply to those websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before submitting any personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and version number at the top of this document. For significant changes that affect how we process your data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals directly where we hold their contact details.
