Institutional capital markets,
rebuilt on blockchain.

Tokenized capital markets can be more efficient, more transparent, and more accessible than what exists today. The core blockchain properties (verifiable, programmable, continuously provable) belong in institutional capital markets infrastructure. LIQOS builds that infrastructure.

Why we built this.

Tokenized capital markets are not an upgrade to traditional finance. They are a different operating environment: machine-native, decentralized, and irreversible. The governance layer institutional capital depends on does not transfer from TradFi to this environment by default. It has to be rebuilt from first principles.

We believe that applying blockchain's core properties to institutional capital markets infrastructure produces something fundamentally better. Not just more efficient. More transparent, more accessible, and more verifiable than what exists today.

The team that can build this needs two things that have never existed together in one company: deep institutional capital markets execution infrastructure and the ability to build for adversarial on-chain environments from scratch. That is the combination we formed around.

Every transaction verified. Every position governed. Every mandate enforced at the moment of execution. That is what capital markets infrastructure built on blockchain makes possible.

The founding team.
